Petition for modification

I am wanting to get my childs vistation sch remodilfied. And I was told that I had to get the papers together for a petition to do so & I was wondering on how to go about doing so & where I can find the right forms that I need since I am wanting to defend myself in court.

If it is actually important to you, spend the money it takes to retain a lawyer. Visitation changes are not a do-it-yourself project (and the case will also likely open other issues, including support).
