Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

POA for Child Care

We need a POA for Child Care but don't know what form we need. Father has joint legal custody but not physical custody and Mother is currently in jail. We need to appoint an aunt POA but don't know how to do that, single parent or both parents. Another problem is what state? Father in GA and Mother/Child/Aunt are in MO so what state form would be needed or would both?

Re: POA for Child Care

Since the father has joint legal custody, you could get the POA from him.
