Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

Power of Attorney

My husband filed for a divorce a few months ago. During the litigation period, he changed POA and Health Agent to his daughter. My husband was diagnosed with early stages of Alzheimer disease in 2004. Is it possible for me to have this POA and Health Agent overturned - even if it meant stopping the divorce? My Step Daughter will not tell me what hospital he is in - I was told from mutual friends that my husband is totally incipacitated. I would appreciate any information you can give me -

Re: Power of Attorney

Unless he was mentally incompetent when made the change, he can designate whomever he wants in these documents.
