Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

Power of Attorney

My husband and I are going to Hawaii for 2 wks and leaving our two kids (ages 5 & 2) with my parents. In case something happens to us should we fill out something giving them the right to all our papers and accounts?

If you do not have will documents in place that would provide financial security for your family in the event that one or both of you passes away or is incapacitated, you really need to take the step of having them drawn up, along with durable powers of attorney for health care/living wills.
