What legal obligations does a guy have if a girl tricks him into getting pregnant?

A guy can't be "tricked". If a man does not want to be responsible for children, he should either get a vasectomy, use a condom, or abstain. If you have sex and a prgnancy develops, you are at a minimum liable to support that child for 18 (or in some cases more) years, and usually to help with the expenses of childbirth.
