Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

i am pregnant with this guys child and i would like to no if he can sue me for a dna test. He is mentally unstable and has threatened to hunt me down and wished my unborn child dead also he thinks he will take my child away when it is born. he has already tried to kill hisself and i would like to know legally does he have any rights?

He can certainly seek a DNA test. That doesn't mean he necessarily gets custody. UNless he files anything, you have nothing to worry about. If he does, hire counsel.
