Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

Pregnant by navy guy

I'm currently 14 weeks pregnant. The father of the child is on a submarine in the nayy. They are gone for weeks to months at a time. What are his rights to our child? Can I deny visitation and still recieve support? If we were to go to court over custody would he have any chance of any type of custody?

You should consult with a local attorney. The father may have some rights, but he would have to take steps for legitimation, etc. You, on the other hand, already have rights for support.
