I have PRENUPTIAL agreement....
With having signed a prenuptial agreement before Marriage would I be responsible for my spouses Medical bills even tho we have been living in separate locations for last few months, altho still legally married.And if he gets disability benefits from Social Security, would I receive same amount after his death if we are still Legally married, or do the benefits cease with his date of death?

Whether or not you would be responsible for the medical bills would depend on the language of your prenuptial. As for Social security, the maging date is ten years of marriage. Once you have been married for ten years, then you can recieve benefits from your spouse.
