I would like information on prenumptial agreement law in Georgia. I am marrying a man for the third time. We both have accumulated assets since our divorce 8 years ago. Our children are grown. I would like information on this process in Georgia.

A premarital agreement is very complicated. You want to be sure that all provisions of the agreement are completely enforceable in the event that a divorce does take place. I strongly suggest that you seek the assistance of a local attorney to ensure that this agreement is executed properly.
