process of divorce

What is the process for divorce from start to finish using lawyers? I have had a lawyer that has left me in the dark about some things and my divorce started over a year ago. We only have one temporary order that the opposing counsel wrote up. Most of the decisions or agreements have been made between my husband and I out side of court and with out lawyers, but this is an uncontesed divorce due to visitation of our daughter. Just wanted to know the ''step by step'' process; going through discovery, etc.

Your lawyer should have explained the step-by-step to you at the beginning of your attorney-client relationship. You should demand that he/she now do that and tell him/her that you are going to get a new attorney if you don't get a satisfactory answer.
