Married, filed Bankruptcy. But in a case of divorce,will property still be divided fairly?

Each of the parties are entitled to an equitable distribution of marital property. You should work diligently to decide what that is before your divorce is final. If you don't Judge or Jury will decide for you. If you filed a joint bankruptcy this may be a problem that has to be worked out.
