proving mental incapacity

Two years ago I had a nervous breakdown.I also went through a divorce. Is there a way to prove I was not mentally stable enough to sign legal documents? I don't want my ex back but I think I got screwed on my divorce.I am much better now and in stable condition. I want my kids back.

You would have to show that you were not competent enough to understand what you were signing, which will be difficult to do.
