Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

I need to know what to put down when I go to answer a summons for modification for child custody and child support. The noncustodial parent is married with no other children and his monthly income, so he says is $750. The child is in head-start and the noncustodial parent gets the child every other weekend and in most cases on extra weekends when he wants to see the child. There is an order of custody but since the child has started school the custody order has not been changed. I have the last say if no agreement can be made, by the custody order in place now. We share joint physical custody but I have residential custody.

You need a lawyer. The lawyer will want a great deal more information than you posted and can then draft proper pleadings.
