If someone put a restraining order on you and they don't follow the order are there consequences for them?

Since you did not explain what part of the order they are not following, it would be impossible to say. If the issue is they are trying to contact you or come around you, there are no consequences. You are, however, in contempt if you respond. Do not answer text messages, calls, etc., and if you are approached by the person then walk away.
