Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

hi, my question is. i have two childen 4 years and 19 months old. i, the mother have the prime custody of my kids. dad comes and go when ever he wants. i been telling him that he cant do that. now he want's the kids to sleep over in his place.i told him, the kids doing the daycare and school week should be home and some weekends he can have them too, coz i work at a hotel and i dont have all the weekends off.my question is"are they old enough to sleep over" and me having prime custody and has only reasonable visitation time. what are his rights?

His rights come from a court order or marriage to you. You haven't told us if you were married to him, what the divorce says if you were, if you weren't married, what the legitimization order says if you weren't, or even if there is any court order. So there's no way to answer you at all.

If you were married and divorced, the divorce should stipulate what the father's rights are. If you were not married, he has to legitimate the children to have rights.
