Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

hi, my question is. i am divorve over a year now.i have two childen 4 years and 19 months old. i, the mother have the prime custody of my kids. dad comes and go when ever he wants. i been telling him that he cant do that. now he want's the kids to sleep over in his place.i told him, the kids doing the daycare and school week should be home and some weekends he can have them too, coz i work at a hotel and i dont have all the weekends off.my question is"are they old enough to sleep over" and me having prime custody and has only reasonable visitation time. what are his rights?At the superior court form said about Custody of childern"legal and physical of the two childeren shall be vested in the Plaintiff, that me. and visitation" The Defentdant(the Father) shall have resonable visitation with the minor children at resonable times and circumstances as agreed upon by the parties. can fail again for share custody, can the kids sleep over at his place and can he come and go, pick up the kids, like he is been doing?

No. If you don't agree then they can't go. If he wants specific times he needs to take you back to court. If he owes you child support he probably won't do that because he might go to jail for his contempt of court in regards to the support order.
