Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

My questions is in Georgia if a husband is a business owner and acquired this business during a marriage, is the wife legally part owner with the husband in that business?

The answer is the same as when you asked before - no. The only time you would have a claim would be in a divorce, or, if he dies, possibly in probate.
