Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

Raelly Scared of the inevitable

I Discovered Husband cheated last year, 4yrs ago, forgave him only to find out he was contacting women friends Via text messaging with very sexually explicit conversations Forgave again because it was Christmas holidays and I wanted/needed him here(3 children 2 his. He has 2 from previous marriage also)Right afterwards found out again he was text messaging with same and new women,(Only proof I have now is what I copied out of cell phone) so I put stuff outside house and asked him to leave. He's currently staying with ex inlaws(4wks now) and refuses to pay anything towards Kids/home. Our income is within 500.00 a month in his favor and our total household bills, (simply house, car, daycare, utilities etc) is in excess of 2,400.00 monthly. Without him I'm 8,000 short a month and already falling behind. Selling the home is not an option since it's cheaper then an apartment. The kids,of opposite sex, already share a room. My question is what can I do? I can't afford a lawyer and I feel like I'm being forced to divorce before I'm ready because of my finacial sitution. How likely is it for me to recieve enough money to sustain my living? Do I have to divorce to get money? Need help now before I get too far behind.

You really need a lawyer. Call around. Many lawyers will take the chance that they can get attorneys fees from your husband.
