i have raised my grandson for 13 years and now his father is trying to get custody of him which has a bad criminal record .he has been texting my phone saying i dont have long,he hate me and he hope i die what should i do ?

Call the police and have them assist you in a warrant for the father's arrest for terroristic threats.

Unless he files a custody case, in which case you need a lawyer, ignore and do not respond to the texts.
