Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

i was raped when i was 12 and conceived a child. I didnt tell anybody because he said he would kill me. Im now 24 years old and he wants joint custody of my daughter. Is it to late to file charges and does he have parental rights

It would be almost impossible to prosecute at this point although you might want to sit down with the district attorney.

You need to hire a lawyer if he files a case. Otherwise you can ignore him.
