We are going to divorce, she is willing to completely leave the house to me with no monatary exchange or division. the mortgage is in both names, what do I need to do to get it in my name ?

The most important step is to retain a lawyer so that all the proper paperwork is drawn up. In essence you are doing both a divorce and what amounts to a house closing. If you agree, it's inexpensive, but you need help to get it right. Call me if I can help you.
