Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

Hello, I recently discovered my husband cheating on me with a prostitute after I gave birth to our precious little girl. We have had numerous problems since we have been married (15 years). Such as domestic violence (including him going to jail, verbal abuse). During the 15 years, I also cheated on my husband which he forgave me for. Is it true that when the spouse says he forgives the other one and comes back home to live that I cannot be accountable for my infidelity in court now. How will this affect my case as far as him cheating on me now.

While condoned adultery is not a separate ground for divorce, obviously, in a dny divorce where you bring up his adultery, he will bring up yours.

If you have a child and domestic violence issues you have many important issues in your case and you need to employ a lawyer.
