Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

I am recently divorced. I am moving back to Indiana with my kids once my house sells, but it may be 6 months to a year. I will be moving into an apartment, just me an my kids for a while. I've been talking to an old boyfriend... I've known him 9 years, and we both regretted splitting up and ending up with the people we have been with the past 7ish years. Last year he was accused by his ex for child molestation when he finally tried to leave her. She threatened him for years that if she tried to leave him she'd put him away for a long time no matter what she had to do or who she had to get on her side. She threatened to hurt his kids if he left, etc. Anyways, long story super short, he was able to prove her threats through text messages and a witness, who heard her threats, saw her hurt the kids, etc; along with the witnesse's son who testified that she tried to get him to say that he did something to him, but he stated that it never happened. The charges were dropped, and I know for a fact he's innocent. My question is this - if I move back to Indiana, and I date this man, and possibly eventually get remarried, does my ex have any grounds to take my kids because this man was once accused of/charged with child molestation (and was proven innocent)?

Same responses you received yesterday. Changing the story from him being charged to magically being "proven innocent" since yesterday won't change reality, and responses based on a story you make up won't help you at all. Again, you need a lawyer to discuss the danger ahead for you and your children. The judge ruling on custody will know.

The answer is exactly the same as when you posted yesterday, even though you changed a few words. You are embarking on a course that is pretty likely to cost you custody of your children, and you've been warned by several lawyers.
