Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia
I recently found out that my wife is having a affair. She not employed and we have a child together, and we live in the state of georgia. We just purchase a house a few months ago. What are my chances for getting custody, and paying no alimony?

If you can prove an affair to the court, that would likely prevent alimony.
An affair does not in and of itself have a determinative effect on custody. Many issues determine that.
If there is a divorce, you need legal counsel.
