Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

I recently found out that my youngest don't belong to my ex-husband & at the previous mediation they reduce the child support order. Now he's having me appear for back pay for this one but still see & support her incertain ways, will i have to pay him back even though we were married when she was concieved & he signed the birth certificate?
