Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

I recently got married and after getting married I found out that my divorce from my previous husband wasn't final til after I was re-married. Is this current marriage legal and if not how do I go about correcting this problem?

Your marriage to him is void and he can go to jail. You may sue him for annullment and will have to decide after if you want to marry him.

From your post, YOU are the person who committed a crime and can go to jail for bigamy. It is not an excuse that a person does not know they were not divorced since anyone should know that a final order is entered, or it is not. You need to law asap, not a website.
