Recordings, bias, threats and hearsay
I have a restraining order against me by my wife. I cannot see, approach, see, noe know the welfare or whereabouts of my two little daughters. I consider this to have NO grounds and just hearsay on my wife's part. The only ''proof'' that my wife has is a recording she made of me (without my consent) of me yelling at my eldest daughter on one occasion. I also consider that my rights have been trampled, I have been badgered and my character hurt without prejudice and with total disregard to what I said or need to say. I believe the female detective violated my rights, was profoundly biased, unrespectful, opinionated and prejudice. She questioned me (ask me questions) but did not read my rights alleging that I was not being arrested. All that regardless that I told her (and had submitted to the Sheriff's Dept) that my wife had told me that she had thought of killing herself along with my two daughters and after the fact she lef my house and was missing for 5 days with my two daughters. Also, just because my wife said that she was worried about me because in her opinion I was expressiing violent and agressive behaviour and had suicidal thoughts, two Sheriff deputies came into my house with their weapons drawn ansd I had to go to the
