Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

Reduction in Child Support? Remarried, just had twins.

I am wondering if I can file for a reduction in Child Support, based on the fact

that my new wife and I now have twins. If it matters, the twins were

spontaneous.

Other factors to consider:

Ex moved 30 miles away - I am responsible for transport

Child 1 is now in public school - no more daycare

Child 2 is will be in public school in 18 months

Thanks for your help.

Yes you may. You may always request a modification when your circumstances change. It is common for people to modify support when new kids are in the picture. Your twins have just as much right to support as your previous child.
