Your question is unanswerable as posted, if you're trying to see what it would do for you, as you have posted no details. Please repost.

The law as written is a huge mess and one of the worst disasters ever drafted by the General Assembly. It was not thought out well, and the implementation by the state was sloppy and far worse than models iun other states. My general observation is that it has raised everyone's legal fees, as it is far harder to handle a divorce now. It has complicated settlements, meaning more divorces will be contested.

Promoters of the law also were wrong on its effect. Most predicted support would drop. In the first 16 agreements I have done using the new law, in 13 the non-custodial parent paid MORE than under the new law, in 2 they paid less, and one was a wash.
