Reimbursement

I'm in the process of seeking a modification but I'm also wanting to get reimbursed for his half of uncovered medical expenses like prescriptions, contacts, etc. I've actually never asked him for this. Exactly how far back can I go? Our agreement states that we share the expenses equally.

Modifiucations are not retroactive. They look forward in time.
