Relieving myself from parental rights

in the process of filing for a divorce and seriously relieving myself from all parental rights and obligations. need full legal advice on this.

While you can divorce a spouse, you CANNOT take away your child's rights to be supported. In fact, you would be committing a crime should you fail to do so and can be put in jail for it.
