repaying monies owed

If filing contempt of court on ex-husband for having to pay me 10k upon remarriage or sale of home. he is currently on Workmans Comp will he still be ordered to pay even if its payments to me? Different times have been to court jugdes commented on repayment stipulation in Divorce decree stating they have never heard of anything like this? Even though it might sound crazy judge Wingarden Gwinnett County signed off on it so it holds true if ex remarries has to pay 10k even though not working will have to pay. is there anyway Judge could dismiss this issue?
