Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

Representing myself in court

If I have run out of funds (which is really true) and the case is not yet settled, how should I approach my attorney who has told me that if I dont pay the fees then he wont represent me in court?

Secondly can you show me how to prepare briefs in order to apprise the judge of my dilemma, namely, not having the funds to pay for rerpresentation, and of such, I need

his permission to do so.

Ps. I cannot borrow any money because I went bankrupt thus I have no credit in order to borrow the funds needed.

Re: Representing myself in court

How you approach your attorney is you pick up the phone. As for showing you how to prepare briefs or handle the case, that is not the purpose of this forum or appropriate.
