Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

I reside in IL and paid arrears Child Support in GA, for the last 4 years, I did sign the child birth certicate in 1986. The mother closed to case of just arrears after the adult child and I did a DNA test. This past summer I did a DNA and found out this child is not mines. Is there any way I can sue the mother of this child.

No. You had a right to seek a DNA test at any time (and could have done so in 1986). In chosing not to, you waived rights that you had. You can't undo that.

Consult with a local attorney in the county where your ex resides to check the pulse of the local judges.
