Responsible for Alimoney?

My daughter's husband has had a major stroke. They have a child together. She gonna have to have her husband put in a nursing home. But he is having to pay an ex-wife alimoney. My question is, Is my daughter gonna have to pay that. Or is he the one responsible for it.

Your daughter is not legally responsible for alimony. If her husband's income is about to dramatically change, he should consider filing a motion to modify alimony. He will need a well qualified attorney to help him with this.
