Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

Can I get a Restraining Order against my 42 yr old ex-wifes 29 yr old boy friend to keep him from being at any of our childrens sporting events or activities ? Or a Restraining Order aginst him so that he cannot be at any of our childrens events since, I have the right to be at all of my childrens events ? to keep him from being where I have the right to be.

He probably has the same rights you have to attend public events unless it is restricted to parents/spouses only (and even then it is still not your issue). From your posts, it looks like you just need to get over you wife having a boyfriend. Do you expect the same treatment when you start dating someone?
