Retained a lawyer, but never received service

I retained a lawyer in a child support case, but did not receive any help from him. Do I have a right for a refund?

Discuss wth your lawyer. No one here knows your agreement, what services were or were not provided, what you mean by not receiving "any help," or anything else, and it would not be appropriate to speculate about whether you are or are not entitled to anything.
