Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia
retired military pay
i'm retired from the military and during the divorce i agreed that my ex. could have 42% of my retired pay. at the time i thought this was law that the spouse got a % of your retired pay; acording to how many years of my military career we were married. can i take her back to court over this issue?

No. This is something you should have discussed with your lawyer at the time, and it cannot be relitigated.
