reverse an adoption
after going to court for almost five years i was at a point where i had no choice or anymore money to fight with. i live in a small town where my ex husband has alot of money and alot of pull. i fought all i could done everything i could short of kid napping my own child.H married my bestfriend and she wanted nothing more than to make my old life her new life and she wanted to adopte my son we went to court many time and in the end my ex won i had to sign the papers to turn my son over to them. i could not fight them anymore well i am doing very well for myself and am willing to go at it again with him. My son is very aware of who i am, when all of this was going on my ex tried to buy my son from me in everyway from taking him places i could not buying things i could not and with cody being so young he wanted to go and wanted to have all of those things. I just want to see how big of a fight or if any fight i am going to have ahead of me

Consult with an attorney, which is what you should have done in the first place. If the adoption is not final, it may be able to be stopped.

A properly done adoption can never be reversed.
