Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia
Revoking of Power of Attorney
I was made POA five years ago to my 90 yr. old Aunt. A year ago I had to place her in a very nice assisted living facility for Alzheimer's residents. Her estranged step daughter has come back into her life seeking Guardianship and wants to take over her financial affairs. Should I be worried?

Re: Revoking of Power of Attorney
Possibly. If you want to manage her affairs then you need to get involved and try to prevent the guardianship from taking place. You need an attorney to advise you, it can get complicated.
