rights to my children

I need to know how I can put my name on my two childrens birth certificates so I can get some visitational rights

You may be able to sue the mother for legitimization. That will focus on several issues - including setting child support (if previously set, this may change it), custody, visitation, health and dental care for the child, and so on. This can be very inexpensive if the mother agrees, or extremely expensive if she does not.

If the case is disputed, it must be filed where the mother lives. If uncontested, you may also be able to file where you are.
