My rights not to divorce

My spouse left home 05/20/03. At time I was 7 months pregnant. Believe spouse has moved in with another woman. I would like to seek counselling before divorce actions. What are my rights?

Seeking counseling is certainly your right. You have to decide whether to file for divorce. If you and he can reach a resolution, even after a divorce is filed, then so much the better. Good luck. If you would like a free phone consultation, please give me a call.
