What are my rights has the legal parent

I have a son and the father and I were never married. He has been living out of state till this Dec. he has been paying child support but only came down every few months and would get him one maybe two days. Now that he lives here he wants him two weekends a month and the last two months he has been late with child support and the feb. check was short a cancelation

fee because it was half my fault that the check got lost in the mail box. I have been getting harassing e-mails and phone calls from both him and his girfreind! So what can i do about all of this???

You might want to consider a legitimation procedure to establish court-ordered visitation, support, etc. Consult with a local attorney.
