Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

Rights of Non-Legally Seperated Husband

I am the husband of a meth addicted woman. She has a known drug dealer living with her. Her mental and physical condition has deteriorated to the point that she is almost unrecognizable. Do I have as her legal husband any recourse as pertains to having her declared mentally incompetant and have her ordered into a treatment program? I and her family are very worried. She has attempted suicide in the past 6 months. Your reply would be very much appreciated, Thank you

You should consult with a local attorney about having a guardian appointed for her.
