Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia
What are my rights? My wife supports me, has taken the money and want me to move out. I cant work because of medical reasons. I have not cheated on her, or hit her.

She can't kick you out. But she doesn't have to pay your bills. If she wants you out she can file for divorce and then everything, including possible support, is up tp the court. At this point you need to see a lawyer.

Your wife cannot kick you out of a marital residence. You have legal rights to anything acquired during the marriage, including bank accounts, retirement. She is not required to support you or pay your bills without a court order. You need to get an attorney as soon as possible before your wife starts transferring funds and making it difficult to track.
