What is the best route to reverse a child protection order- my girlfriend and Childs mother had a huge argument and broke things off. To spite me, she filed a child protection order with the city of Lagrange Ga siting that I am an endangerment to her and the child. She made up false claims of kidnap, stalking, and rape which are all false. How will this affect me and what do I need to do?

Since you may go to prison and not see your child (and have a lifetime firearms ban) the answer is obvious regardless of any truth in the allegations. This is one time to shut down the computer and plan to retain the best lawyer you can afford, in the morning (not soon, but immediately).
