Re: rules of nisi
A "rule nisi" is an order setting a court hearing, usually temporary, for the responding party to show cause why the prayers of the petitioner/movant should not be granted. There is no such thing as "rules of nisi".

A Rule Nisi is a an order requireing the oppsing party to come to court and show cause why the relief granted should not be granted. Practically, it is the form used to set a court date for a matter.
