Saving Statute

Does the stat of GA have a saving statute regarding second marriages? For example if John married Sue thinking his divorce was final and found out that it was final two weeks after he had married Sue. Does Georgia reconize his marriage to Sue?

No. The second marriage is invalid because the two parties were not able to contractually enter into a marriage.
