Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

Seeking continuence for court date

So I have a court date coming up for child support modification. I am military and will not be here during this time due to military training. What do I need to do for them to postpone this until I am back to defend myself?

I am already out of state...

Please help.

Consult with a local attorney. Rescheduling may be in order, but it depends on the attitude of your assigned judge.
