Since she is pregnant, you HAVE to get a lawyer. Under Georgia law that child is yours unless a court rules otherwise, and no form will properly address that. So unless you want to make a very expensive mistake and spend 18 years of child support because you didn't want to pay for a lawyer right now, get a good lawyer. You have to have that in this situation.
